Summary and Overview of the Position
As an Integrated Account Supervisor (Copy and Servicing), you will have the opportunity to work across markets such as US, UK, Singapore, and India. You will be responsible for leading client servicing initiatives while driving compelling and strategic content creation across various digital platforms.
This role requires a strong blend of client management, copywriting expertise, and digital marketing acumen to develop high-quality content that aligns with brand objectives and industry best practices. Primary responsibilities include and are not restricted to the following.
- Develop engaging and impactful content for B2B clients across social media, digital ads, email marketing, blogs, marketing campaigns, and websites.
- Collaborate with clients to craft a comprehensive social media and content strategy aligned with marketing, PR, and advertising goals.
- Research industry trends, top influencers, and competitors to create relevant and high-performing content.
- Optimize copy with SEO best practices, ensuring clear, concise, and persuasive messaging.
- Work closely with the digital media team, contributing to all creative stages, from brainstorming to conceptual development.
- Analyze social insights, engagement metrics, and industry best practices to refine content strategy.
- Propose and implement innovative digital ideas and content strategies to enhance engagement and business growth.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring seamless communication and project execution.
- Lead client interactions, understand business objectives, and provide strategic recommendations on content and marketing initiatives.
- Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and quality assurance to maintain high client satisfaction.
- Work closely with internal teams to align content strategies with broader marketing goals and business objectives.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
- Identify learning and development opportunities within the team and establish clear roadmaps for professional growth.
- Encourage collaboration across cross-functional teams to drive creative and strategic alignment.
- Review and refine the work of junior staff, ensuring high standards of content and client servicing.
- Exhibit strong organizational and time-management skills, balancing multiple projects while maintaining quality.
- Work closely with leadership to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities in client industries.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, digital marketing innovations, and content marketing strategies.
- Take on additional responsibilities as required to support business and client growth.
We would like our ideal candidate to be someone who can demonstrate or possesses the following:
- Masters or bachelor’s degree in English will be preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, and client servicing, preferably in a digital marketing or agency setting.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor content for different digital platforms.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and lead content strategies effectively.
- Deep understanding of social media marketing, digital advertising, and SEO best practices.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate across teams, media, and clients seamlessly.
- Excellent research and analytic skills building up to becoming an industry expert.
